A: We offer many types of treatments at Ada.

recommend a consultation with one of our licensed aestheticians.
Q: What is the difference between Traditional
Microdermabrasion and Ultra Sonic?
A: We offer two different types of
microdermabrasion treatments depending on your skin type.
Traditional is used most often to exfoliate and rejuvenate the
skin, while Ultra Sonic is used for clients with very sensitive skin
that still want some exfoliation.
Q:
How
do I decide between Microdermabrasion and a Chemical Peel?
A: There are many different reasons to have
one type of treatment verses the other, ranging from skin sensitivity to
desired results. It is best
to discuss the options with an aesthetician to make the best choice for
you.
Q: Will my face be red or irritated after my
treatment?
A: Some clients do experience a mild red
appearance to their skin after some treatments, but it usually subsides
quickly. Most people have
little to no reaction to the treatments.
Instructions are provided with each treatment to minimize adverse
reactions.
Q:
Can
I go back to using my products after I have a treatment?
A: Post treatment bags are provided after each
treatment to insure optimal results.
Q: What are the results I will see from my
treatments?
A: Since every case is different, the results
will vary depending on the type of treatment, number of treatments,
condition being treated, and condition of the skin.
We recommend a series of treatments to achieve the best results.
Q: Can peels or microdermabrasion be applied
to other areas of the body besides the face?
A: Peels and microdermabrasion are equally
effective on other areas of the body.
Q: I am currently taking Accutane, what types
of treatments can I do?
A: While you are on Accutane and for 6 months
after you can not have any type of chemical peel, microdermabrasion, or
waxing service. During your
treatment on Accutane hydrating and calming facials are advised.
