Dermatology Associates of Ohio Services

Dermatology Associates, Inc. has been providing full-service, expert, quality medical care for conditions affecting skin, hair and nails in Perrysburg for two decades. Dr. Christy Lorton founded the practice in 1991, with Dr. Beth Zavell joining her in 1994, and Dr. Deborah Thaler joining the practice in 2010.

Dr. Lorton and Dr. Zavell are highly experienced board certified dermatologists who specialize in performing total skin exams to detect and prevent skin cancer. Dr. Thaler is a board certified family physician, who focuses exclusively in dermatology. They treat skin cancer, pre-cancer, psoriasis, dermatitis, acne, rosacea and warts. They perform dermatologic surgery to remove nevi (moles), skin cancer and cysts. The doctors also offer cosmetic services including BOTOX injections, Juvederm injections and the removal of skin tags and seborrheic keratoses (age spots).

Dermatology Associates also offers the services of three Physician Assistants who are on staff: Shannon Hammond, Sherri Whitcomb, and Joanna Ansted. All Physician Assistants are available to treat many of your dermatological conditions, as well as perform minor procedures in the office.
